After years of looking for the perfect Panerai watch, Bryce at LBA presented to me a PAM 87. It was exactly the watch that fit me and my personality. By far the best experience I have had ever buying a used high end anything. From the very start Bryce was beyond professional and his communication during the whole process was parallel to none. Again I couldn’t express the happiness I have with my watch which could have been advertised as new. Papers, certificates, box, and owners manual. I saw that they were selling a few Panerai's and had some really great pictures of them showing the beautiful nature of the watches but also every angle. After searching long and hard online for the perfect watch I came across the Omega Seamaster Planet Ocean which I almost instantly fell in love with. After much hunting I found 2 preowned Planet Oceans in my price range, one through Truefacet.com and the other listed on Chrono24.com through LBA Exquisite Time Pieces. I had previously bought an Omega online that had numerous problems, which I eventually returned for a refund so I was understandably nervous about buying another online. First thing I noticed on LBA's website was a very detailed account of the watch and great pictures showing almost every angle of the Omega. I decided to go ahead and email the contact listed and provided my phone number. Quite promptly I received a courteous response from Bryce at LBA, and from the first contact Bryce was extremely helpful, detailed and responded quickly too any inquiry I had. After some negotiating and a week to think it over I decided to go ahead and purchase the watch. I was quite nervous based on my previous experience but soon found I had no reason to be. Bryce provided me with a tracking number, the payment method was secure and within 3 days I had my new watch. The Omega is 10 years old but might as well be brand new. It was listed as in mint condition and that's exactly what I received, with the original box and papers. One week later the watch is keeping perfect time and I'm very pleased with my purchase to say the least. If you are looking for a watch online I would definetly check out LBA Exquisite Time Pieces, Bryce is as helpful as it gets and overall it was a great watch buying experience.
